Thanks for visiting my Quad City based green blog! This blog is derived from acquiring the EcoBroker® Certification. The EcoBroker® course is specifically designed for Realtors® and pertains to environmental health risks and energy efficiency within the real estate market. As the only Realtor® in the Quad Cities who is a Certified EcoBroker® I will be incorporating the premise of its education into this blog. More specifically, I will be discussing how health issues such as mold, radon, asbestos, etc. can impact the real estate industry in the Quad Cities. Another a hot topic will be energy efficiency and sustainability with in a home plus ways to retrofit green technologies into existing homes.
There will also be, of course, the occasional update on the Davenport, Bettendorf and surrounding Iowa Quad City real estate market.
